We grilled carne asada, bought freshly-made tortillas in Santa Ana, made Mexican corn on the cob, tried a new recipe for Cilantro and Lime rice (this will become a regular), and served ALL the fixins with plenty of tequila to go around. Our friends brought Mexican Caesar salad with roasted peppers, which was fantastic! This was merely the first of many bbqs this summer. So I will try to remember to take some shots next time.
